Our Values

We recognise that the best way to deliver service as a Council is through valuing our people and intentionally developing a positive workplace culture. Accordingly, our staff are the driving force for excellence and assisting the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.

Our values have been created collaboratively with Staff and Councillors, they are what is most important to us and are the common touchstones for those that represent Derwent Valley Council.
