Ordinary meetings of Council are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6pm in the Social Room behind Council Chambers -  Circle Street, New Norfolk unless noted otherwise. You can view upcoming meeting dates here.

Meeting Agendas

Agendas are available on the page below 5 days prior to the date of the meeting. Agendas are provided as PDF documents which may be read directly from the link on electronic devices such as smart phones and iPads. They may also be downloaded and printed at home.

Requesting a printed copy of the agenda

Printed copies are available from customer service upon request. Requests can be made via phone on 03 6261 8500, email to dvcouncil@dvc.tas.gov.au or in person during our office hours of  9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. It is preferred that requests include the Agenda item/s you are interested in to be printed, however entire Agendas may be requested if required. Requests require at least 1 business day notice.  A new request is required for each meeting.

Printed Agendas can be picked up between 12:00pm on the day after the Agenda is made available on this page, up until 4:00pm on the day of the council meeting.  They will not be available before this period. Any agendas not collected by 4:00pm on the day of the Council meeting will be taken to the meeting in an envelope with the requestor's name on it for collection at 5:45pm.

Meeting Minutes
