Calendar of Events Conditions

1. Derwent Valley Council does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, changes, errors, omissions or any misconceptions that may occur in listed events.
2. It is at Council's discretion to determine the information and/or images that will appear in the Calendar of Events and related publications.
3. Council reserves the right not to publish events if they do not meet the listed criteria below.

Events should meet the following criteria to be listed under Council's Calendar of Events:

• Event is held within the Derwent Valley municipality
• Event is open to the public
• Event has a tourism or community participation focus
• Event offers noteworthy benefit for the tourism industry and local community
• Event is not of a political nature or on behalf of any particular Political Party
• Event does not involve any illegal activity
• Event is a one off event and not an on going activity.
