2023 AGM Registration

The Council will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 14 December 2023 commencing at 7.30pm at the Council Social Rooms, Circle Street, New Norfolk. The AGM will follow the December Council Meeting at 6:00pm.

The items to be discussed at the AGM are:

  • The 2022/2023 Annual Report;
  • Responses to submissions received on the Annual Report.

Written submissions are invited on any matter contained within the Annual Report for discussion.

Questions not relating to the Annual Report will not be answered and can be raised at the Ordinary Council Meeting.

Please use the registration form below to register your attendance and your questions about the Annual Report.

Attendees wanting to raise a motion are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the AGM Meeting procedures.

Physical copies of the Annual Report will be available from the Council Administration Offices or can be downloaded here .

A physical Annual General Meeting Submission form can be downloaded and printed if preferred.
