Cicuit Training

The Sports Centre is currently conducting circuit training classes every Monday evening from 6.30pm till 7.30pm.

Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes for 40s and over every Monday and Friday morning from 10am till 11am.  Classes are designed to help develop muscle mass and overall strength

Come along and train in a friendly fun environment
