Derwent Valley Autumn Festival

It is estimated that approximately 10,000 people attended the 2009 Derwent Valley Autumn Festival. Despite the ever changing weather both patrons and stallholders had a fruitful day. With approximately 200 stalls and a varied entertainment program over four stages a good day was had by all that attended.

One of the highlights of the day was the local school entries in the Scarecrow competition. The Scarecrows were of such a high standard that judging was made very difficult.

The committee appreciates your continued support for this event and we look forward to planing for our ten-year anniversary on Sunday 18 April 2010.
