Peppermint Hill Refuse Site will be closed on days of high wind or Total Fire Bans

On days of a high wind or in the case of a declaration of a TOTAL FIRE BAN the Peppermint Hill Refuse site will be closed.  Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.  Public announcements are made on 7HO FM, Tyga FM and ABC radio stations or for further information go to Tas Fire Service for Fire Ban information.
